A bit about me

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I bring warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative approach to therapy. I believe meaningful change often begins with feeling understood and having the space to look honestly at the patterns, relationships, and experiences that shape our lives.

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles in 2023 and have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children across residential treatment, school-based, and therapeutic settings. My clinical experience includes trauma, substance use, relationship and family challenges, emotional regulation, and neurodivergence.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in sales, marketing, and communications, often with organizations focused on creating positive social impact. That work deepened my interest in people—how we communicate, connect, and make meaning—which ultimately led me to the field of psychotherapy.

I grew up in the Midwest and have called South Dakota, Minnesota, New York City, and California home at different points in my life.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m married, a mother of two, a cat person, and happiest when I can spend some time outside. I value the small, ordinary connections that make up a life—walking with a friend, spending time with an animal, or stopping to talk with a neighbor. And for the record, my social media feed is mostly comedians and AI talking cats.
